1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Bridal Banda, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Description of service

Bridal Banda is free to use. We provide couples with a wedding website builder, guest list and RSVP tracking, a gift registry, and a budget tracker. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Bridal Banda account. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, text and wedding details you upload. By publishing a wedding website, you give us permission to host and display that content so it can be shared with your guests. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you upload.

5. Guest data

When you collect guest RSVP responses through your wedding website, you're responsible for using that information appropriately and in line with our privacy policy.

6. Gift registry and third-party retailers

The gift registry links to products on external retailer websites. Bridal Banda does not sell products, process payments, or handle shipping — any purchase is a transaction between the guest and the retailer, governed by that retailer's own terms.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use Bridal Banda to publish unlawful, abusive or fraudulent content, to impersonate someone else, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

8. Termination

You can delete your account and wedding website at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we believe pose a risk to the platform or other users.

9. Disclaimers

Bridal Banda is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the service reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bridal Banda is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including issues arising from third-party retailer purchases made through registry links.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
