Bridal Banda ("we", "us") provides free wedding planning tools — a wedding website, guest list and RSVP tracking, a gift registry, and a budget tracker. This policy covers the information we collect from couples who create an account and from guests who visit a published wedding website.

2. Information we collect

When a couple creates an account, we collect the names, email address and any wedding details they add (date, venue, story, photos). When a guest RSVPs through a published wedding website, we collect the information the couple's RSVP form asks for — typically name, attendance response, meal choice and dietary notes. We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, device type) to keep the product working and to fix problems.

3. How we use your information

We use account and wedding information to operate the couple's dashboard and published website, to send account-related notifications (such as new RSVPs), and to improve the product. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

4. Guest RSVP and registry data

Guest RSVP responses belong to the couple who owns the wedding website and are visible to that couple in their guest list dashboard. Registry items link out to the couple's chosen retailers — Bridal Banda does not process payments or store payment information; any purchase happens on the retailer's own website under the retailer's own terms.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep couples logged in and basic analytics to understand how the product is used. We do not use this data for third-party advertising.

6. Data retention

We keep account and wedding data for as long as the account is active. If an account is deleted, associated wedding website, guest and registry data is removed within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain records by law.

7. Your rights

Couples can access, correct or delete their account and wedding data at any time from Account settings, including making their wedding website private or deleting it entirely. Guests who want their RSVP information removed can contact the couple directly, or reach us using the details below.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

Bridal Banda is intended for adults planning a wedding and is not directed at children under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
